Inspire.Create.Challenge #037

Welcome back to an Inspire.Create.Challenge paper crafting challenge! We are on #037 which is a color challenge! This challenge was easier since I love the color combo! I love blues and yellows together! I used a new Sale-A-Bration product and a upcoming new product that coordinates with it!

Today’s card is a very cheery card in my opinion. It feel very Spring like and it makes me happy! I am so ready for Spring to arrive here in North Carolina, US! What’s the weather like in your area?

I started of with a Mint Macaron card base to help check of one of the colors off the list. I then my next layer up is a thinner border than I have done before. It’s Whisper White cut to 3 7/8″ by 5 3/8″. The next layer is the Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper in Daffodil Delight cut to 4″ by 5 1/4″. Layer them and adhere them to the crd using liquid glue.

Next I used this week and next week’s Product of the Week the Painted Seasons bundle. This is a stamp set and Designer Series Paper bundle instead of stamp set and framelit dies. The paper is gorgeous but I decided to create some cards with just the stamp set this week. I am also featuring the Part of My Story Sale-A-Bration stamp set this week!

I stamped the sentiment in Pool Party. Then I die cut it with the largest oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies. I use these dies ALL THE TIME!! They are really my favorite!

Next I stamped the new elements from Painted Seasons with Daffodil Delight (flower), Mint Macaron (succulent) and some Pear Pizzazz (leaves). Then the upcoming product that coordinates this awesome bundle is the framelit dies! As a demo I could already get them so I started using them. They will be available to customers starting March 1st!

They really add value to your free Sale-A-Bration stamp and paper!! Fussy cutting would work until you got your dies! The framelits are for purchase (not a free Sale-A-Bration item).

I did a mixture of Stampin’ Dimensionals, liquid glue and some glue dots to add on my flowers, succulents and leaves. I love doing some different dimension with them! I also added some Wink of Stella to the flowers!!

Lastly I added some of the iridescent sequins from the Gingham Gala adhesive backed sequins. They added just another level of texture and bling!
