Annual 2018-2019, Annual Catalog 2017-2018, Designer Series Paper, Embossing, Share What You Love Bundles

Be Curvy!

I am so excited to share this card with you! I made it for a new boutique that my cards at at called Azure Sky Gifts in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I was asked to make some extra wedding cards and this is one of three I created. I’ll share the others with you next week.

I used the beautiful Share What You Love designer series paper! This is probably my favorite design out of the pack! The flowers are pearlized!

I started with a Thick Very Vanilla card base. I then cut the designer series paper to 5 1/2″ by 4 1/4″ then used the large wave like die from the Swirly Scribbles thinlit die set. I have been wanting to try this use of the die for a while but miss placed my dies for a bit! haha This might be my go to look for a little while. I love the curvy edge!

I used the die on some Very Vanilla and Mint Macaron card stock as well. Then I layered them together and just adhered them with some Tomboy (liquid multipurpose glue). I added the layers to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Then I wanted to use this sentiment that’s from the Petal Palette stamp set. I first stamped it in Memento Black on Very Vanilla then layered Versamark on top. I then added clear embossing powder and heat set it. Once the sentiment was cooled down I die cut it with the large circle from the Stitched Shapes framelit set. This set of dies is my go to!! Now if you don’t have a big shot the 2″ punch probably would have worked.

Before I added the sentiment to the card I added some metallic silver thread to the back. I loop it around my fingers for 4-6 times and adhere it with Tear Tape. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals then added it to the front of my card.

For the inside of the card I embossed the sentiment which was also from the Petal Palette stamp set. I did add it on another layer of Very Vanilla so I could add some weight to the back of the card since the front had a lot of layers adding to the weight. Last I added on some rhinestones for my Bling!
