Navy & Coral

Hey!! I am so glad it is almost the weekend! I hope to get in some creating time in with some products I haven’t played with yet or in a while! What project do you want to work on next? I want some more congratulations cards. Those are ones I have the hardest time creating, I guess because I’m lacking a good set to use. Do you have a go to congratulations stamp you like?

Today’s card uses a Calypso Coral card base. Then a stripe of Night of Navy, some Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper, Gold Glimmer paper and some Whisper White.

The strip of Designer Series Paper is cut to 2″ by 5 1/2″. The Night of Navy is cut to 3/4″ by 5 1/2″. I adhered the navy strip to the back of the DSP then added that layer to the card using liquid glue.

Next I cut a strip of Whisper White to 1 1/4″ by 4 1/4″. I then stamped this Happy Birthday from Blow Out Candles stamp set in Pineapple Punch.

The Gold Glimmer paper is cute to 1 1/2″ by 4 1/4″. I adhered the sentiment layer to the glimmer paper then added Stampin’ Dimensional to the back. Then adhered that layer to the card. Another simple card using strips of paper. This would be an easy card to use your scraps to create!
