Designer Series Paper, Occasions 2018, Sale-A-Bration 2018

Just A Note

So thankful it’s Friday! My days have felt all mixed up this week! I think I’m in need of some Vitamin D from the amazing sun of ours! Winter has gotten to me! Anyone else feeling some winter blues?

Well to get out of them I have tried to keep my cards in a very Spring/Summer tone with bright colors! This cute Party Panda sure does help too!

I used a Lemon Lime Twist card base. I never thought I would like this color so much for cards but I really do! hehe My favorite color used to be neon green! The strip of designer series paper is one sheet that I folded so you could see both sides! I love when both patterns work perfectly together. This is the Tutti-Frutti designer series paper. I love the patterns in this paper stack! You can use the fruit side or the other side, both are great!

I wanted to keep the card simple so I just used a strip of Whisper White at 4 1/4″ by 3/4″ added the sentiment “Just A Note” from Flourishing Phrases stamped in Rich Razzleberry.  I stamped the panda in Memento and punched it out with the Starburst punch. The sentiment and the panda were both added with Stampin’ Dimensional. Then Bling Time! I added Wink of Stella to the panda and the adhesive backed sequins in the Lemon Lime Twist from the Tutti-Frutti pack.

This card could also be a fun birthday card if you switch out the panda for the one with the party hat!

Remember everyone loves snail mail. Send a card to someone you have not talked to in a while. Send Just a Note card to someone that may need a pick me up. Yes stamps went up in price but the feeling you get when you receive a handmade card is priceless.

I hope you liked this simple but cute card! If you’re interested in recreating the card the supplies are listed below and you can click the Shop Now button to get to the Stampin’ Up! Store 24/7! Use the Hostess Code: VZ9THCV4 in the shopping bag so I can send you a thank you card and gift!
