Annual Catalog 2017-2018

Whimsical Christmas

Halloween is behind us, are you someone that loves thinking about Christmas and want to get decorating or do you wait patiently until after Thanksgiving?

I would love to start decorating for Christmas but I do wait it out. I just love Christmas so much! This year I will have plenty of cards to send out and they will all be different. In passed years I have done all the same cards. That can be great at times too but this year I look forward to thinking about what person get what card.

I hope I receive more than last year. I decorate my tall pallet wood tree with any card I receive.

This was another card I created for my stampers to make at our last Stamp class.

We used the Hostess set Seasons of Whimsy. It reminds us of the Grinch haha I love how different it is from everything else in the catalog. It also has stamps for New Years and Valentine’s Day! I love when stamp sets have more than one holiday or season!

The only ways to get this stamp set is if you either host a party or place an order that reaches hostess rewards which in the US is $150 before tax and shipping. Then you can use your hostess rewards to get the stamp set.

I used Berry Burst for the card base. Then cut a piece of the Year of Cheer designer series paper at a diagonal. I used a piece of the new Champagne foil for a layer under the whisper white piece that I stamped the whimsy ornaments on. My sentiment came from Labels to Love the Merry Christmas label. Then pinched it out with the coordinating punch. Added some rhinestones to the label and called it done!

I love how this card turned out! It is very girly and whimsical! Cutting the designer series paper at a diagonal I think adds to much to the look of this card! Plus if you make multiples then you can get 12 per sheet! 😱 That is a great way to use your designer series paper!
